Our core technical team has dedicated itself to the R&D of flexible cable-supported tracking structures since 2016. After more than a decade of refinement and three generations of technical iteration, we have completed the full technical evolution from the first-generation ultra-long cable transmission structure, the second-generation optimized integrated structure, to the revolutionary third-generation minimalist bearing-free plug-in structure. All core structures are independently and originally developed with multiple national patents granted. We have achieved original structural breakthroughs to overcome the mechanical limitations, structural defects and maintenance bottlenecks of conventional PV trackers. Our design saves approximately 40% of steel consumption and reduces stacking volume by 30%. An 800m long array only requires one ≤180W motor, one slew drive and one tracking controller, with no dampers required. Equipped with AI predictive wind protection, it activates protection above 30m/s wind speed. Unlike conventional trackers that trigger protection at 18~20m/s, it delivers longer power generation hours.

Benefiting from the complete industrial chain of the world-class PV steel structure cluster in Tianjin, we integrate premium manufacturing resources and standardized quality control systems. We have built a full closed-loop capability covering structural R&D, mechanical simulation, prototype testing, owner-witnessed accelerated marathon fatigue tests equivalent to 25-year service life and mass production. Our annual delivery capacity exceeds 30GW, fully catering to large-scale PV power projects built on deserts, open water surfaces and other flat sites worldwide.
